This adopter is meant to make a connection between the Greenspeed Knee Joint and one of the flat mop plates.
You clamp the adapter onto the knee joint and attach the flat mop plate to the adapter. With the adapter and the knee joint, you can now use the flat mop plate horizontally at a greater height, for example to wipe the tops of cabinets.
